With form and function again to be achieved, this client wanted to retain much of the existing character of their home while renovating and extending to accommodate the needs of their family. The blend of finishes was carefully considered to ensure continuity throughout, maximising on light to create a functional and easy living environment for a busy young family.

The Site Foreman developed existing architectural plans, ensuring that the project could be built within the client’s budget. Through the selection of both exterior and interior finishes, both the vision and project budget were achieved.
