Preserving the homes original footprint, this waterfront reserve property at Clontarf underwent a renovation and extension, to further capitalise on its idyllic location. The Site Foreman and House to Home Finishes collaborated to deliver the Design, perfectly marrying the interior design with architectural design of the home.
To fully appreciate the home's magnificent Middle Harbour views and fill the home with light, windows were added in the kitchen, master bedroom and stairwell. The master bedroom veranda was enclosed and the external finishes were updated, giving the home an ultra-modern look.
