Architectural Masterpiece in Balgowlah Heights

Having moved into the Balgowlah Heights area in the mid 90’s, our client jumped at the opportunity when this, ripe for development block became available. With the position secured, the owners set about engaging a local architect who would design for them a modern masterpiece which would capture the stunning water and district views.

Through meeting at the HIA Sydney Home Show, The Site Foreman was engaged to write the detailed scope of works, manage the tender process to assist the client to engage the right builder and project manage the works through to hand over.

The design was ambitious and ran over a lengthy program. The selection and procurement of the finishes were key to maintaining the timeline momentum. The client spent considerable time researching new and fabulous products but required assistance to bring it all together. House to Home Finishes was engaged to simplify the process and ensure that all of the essential items were included. The interior design team enjoyed the opportunity to work with innovative new products, such as the timber veneer wallpaper that needed to be hand selected to match the kitchen cabinet joinery.
