The Site Foreman

The Site Foreman service, from initial designs to managing our DA application, was a seamless and very cost effective exercise and we were really happy with the designs from our initial briefing to their architect. We then used Site Foreman's Project Management services to oversee our renovation and Shane was fantastic. He offered advice, solutions and made great suggestions throughout the project. Site Foreman also sourced our builder for us, (from a selection of 5 different building companies) and we were introduced to Jimmy Elton who did a fantastic job - it was a difficult renovation to hold our house up while we dug out parking under the house and project ran extremely well. We built a great relationship with Jimmy throughout. We now have our dream home thanks to him and his team.

I have been using the services of The Site Foreman (TSF) for several months now. Even though I had successfully completed a development project before I was so impressed by the great communication and professionalism of the team at TSF that I decided to come on board as a client and benefit from their expertise and knowledge. We are a mature couple seeking to do a major renovation and addition to a Federation house in an inner Sydney suburb. Never have I been so pleased to engage a professional service as I have done on this occasion. My interaction with The Site Foreman began with a hand shake and that has set the tone from the very first interaction. I respect and use the concept of 'straight talk' and once the team became aware of my style all discussions have been frank, open and honest - the only way to conduct business in my opinion. Please do not read into this negative robust discussion but rather read that this has been a journey of respect, communication, listening and my learning about how to go about such a project of a knock down rebuild. (I don't yet have photos, but when I do, they will be posted for sure.) We are yet to get this project complete but I have no doubt that if the journey that we have had thus far is how our build is going to progress, then I believe that I have made new friends and not just conducted a business transaction.
