The Site Foreman was engaged to undertake architectural design development and the changes required as the council process progressed. Once approval was gained, the detailed scope of works was developed and a panel of builders invited to tender. The project program ran for a 12 month onsite period managed through to completion by one of our highly qualified project managers.
