This project features a ground floor extension and loft conversion on Coopersdale Road in Hackney. Our clients went for a neutral colour scheme for the ground floor and open-plan layout to create an airy, modern feel. Certain design features have a true rustic appeal such as the exposed steel beams and copper pendant lights hanging over the dining table. The loft is fully equipped with a large Velux window, en suite bathroom and a beautiful Juliet Balcony that looks on to the garden and beyond.
