For this scheme, our clients wanted to completely renovate their top floor flat to make it brighter and larger by creating a Loft Extension and full Refurbishment.

The loft space now contains two additional bedrooms and a bathroom, whilst the first floor has been transformed from an open plan kitchen and dining room to a separate kitchen and living room, plus another bedroom and bathroom.

Large Velux roof lights have also been installed in all the loft spaces, creating a bright and welcoming feeling, alongside a Juliet Balcony in one of the bedrooms, which provides beautiful views over London.
