This design uses dark wooden floors and clean white walls to produce a classic look. The patterned tiles and green lights add some colour and flair to this bright, airy space.

Our client extended to the side to increase space, and help the flow of natural light throughout their property. They wanted to create a new dining area next to their kitchen so they could create a larger living space in the front two rooms of the property. We even managed to squeeze in a WC, which we placed in an otherwise awkward space.

We took full advantage of what planning would allow, and the design includes three large Velux Windows, a roof light, and some generously sized Bi-Fold doors.
