Joshua Mulders Architects was engaged to renovate this existing Federation style 4 bedroom house with a large rear yard and separate living areas. Rectification of the moisture issues were a key concern for the owners. The property is located in Annandale and situated between 2 heritage items. Planning permission was granted for an extensive upper and lower ground floor renovation including a lap pool. The brief included the request for an earthy palette to create a warm and inviting family home.
