This great property was located on the water at Mosman Bay. Although sited in a beautiful location it had a lot of constraints and difficulties with respect to access - the slope of the site and within a relatively dense residential environment challenged us in many ways. This is the second property we have developed for this client, where the brief was open and enabled us to explore many interesting architectural features. We endeavoured to capitalise on the great views towards the city and the water, in turn respecting the environment where the site was located. The development of this property has a larger master plan option taking into consideration the neighbouring site to the north and creating an internal sun drenched courtyard and large family home. This stage is intended to be developed in the coming years.
