The kitchen in this Balwyn house is the original kitchen put in in the 50s. It was clearly falling apart and desperately in need of replacing. Our client, Simon (who is now in his 50s) grew up in this house and instead of selling it, decided to renovate and turn it into something fresh and practical. A few walls have been removed to open the space to the dining and lounge rooms. In addition, a new European laundry was created in the bathroom.
