Our clients approached us to work with their architect to create a swimming pool that was low maintenance, sustainable and offered something for all family members. They were also installing a large garden and were concerned about water usage.

The pool and spa have been designed in a wedge shape. The interior is fully tiled with a mid blue mosaic tile which combines well with the bluestone paving. The bluestone has also been used on the waterline of the pool to dive the appearance of a thickened slab. The pool has an automatic Remco Swimroll cover concealed below the bluestone paving. This allows the customer to retain heat in the pool and conserve energy, as well as save water via evaporation. To ease the customers water concerns a 40,000 litre concrete tank is installed next to the pool under the lawn area.

The pool equipment is well concealed behind a stone feature wall and timber screen. The pool includes all of our low maintenance features including fully tiling, Paramount PCC2000 infloor cleaning, Gemini Water Management System, automatic filling and the Remco Swimroll automatic pool cover.

The pool was awarded Highly Commended for Best Innovative Pool or Spa at the 2010 SPASA Awards of Excellence.
