This project consisted of a top storey addition combined with some ground floor renovation work. This house is situated on a block outlooking the beautiful Garigal National Park and as such was built to BAL FZ requirements.
The blackbutt staircase and hardwood flooring was a key component in modernising this home and seamlessly joining new to existing.
