This project involved replacing old for new which resulted in a complete transformation to the exterior of this home. We replaced the weathered ground floor and first floor deck with Spotted Gum decking boards and custom balustrades and screens to match. To ensure the ground floor deck could be used at all times we installed Colorbond roof sheets and a gutter system under the new first floor deck. We also replaced an old storeroom and built a new room using James Hardie Axon cladding for a new downstairs office.
