We were busy earlier this year with a major transformation to this Castlecrag home. The clients have chosen beautiful finishes and we are proud to have worked alongside great trades for a wonderful result.

We removed walls between the existing living room, office and sunroom as well as removed a steel beam bulkhead to help install a luxurious new kitchen and laundry. We then removed the roof and windows of the rear sunroom and built a new higher roof and created a hardwood deck and stairs with a Hamptons style balustrade. We also removed an existing wall and installed bifold doors to open up onto the new rear deck.
Another change was to replace ageing small windows with new large ones and to install a skylight to utilise as much natural light as possible.
