This project was a new three storey build that was completed in 2016. This job used a variety of building techniques from dincel concrete walls to double brick, and also timber frame with compressed fibro cladding. The floors ranged from polished concrete to blackbutt timber and also carpet. The architecturally designed bathrooms and kitchen adhered to a classic, yet modern design.
