This project consisted of a renovation to an existing laundry/second bathroom and a new Hardie Deck and outdoor entertaining area.

In the new second bathroom/laundry we Scyon Axon for the cladded wall look and the fittings included a blush concrete basin, rose gold tapware and timber wall hung vanity. We also built a dividing wall to separate the laundry area from the bathroom area. The patterned tiles were from Beaumont Tiles and the white wall tiles were sourced from Tile Cloud. Basin and tapware from Justin Place Belrose and the LED round mirror and vanity were from Highgrove Brookvale.

The new Hardie Deck as part of the outdoor renovation will require no ongoing maintenance and we used James Hardie Stria cladding and James Hardie Linea boards for the privacy walls. The festoon lighting and colourful outdoor furniture have created the perfect atmosphere to enjoy Sydney summer days and nights.
