This project gave this much-loved home a modern makeover. We created an open plan living space by demolishing an existing wall throughout the centre of the house and demolishing the kitchen, laundry and rumpus room. After converting the rumpus/office into a new master bedroom with en-suite, we installed a bright new kitchen and laundry with new flooring, paint and electrical throughout. For the exterior, the house received a new re-roof and render to complete this modern makeover.
