This project consisted of a large first floor addition alongside an existing ground level renovation. The first floor addition comprised of four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground level renovation involved a new kitchen with butler's pantry, laundry, bathroom and finishes throughout the home such as; flooring, windows, paint + textured wallpaper + wainscoting + new lighting. The front porch was also renovated to remove the existing column and to update the tiling and balustrade as well as a new garage entry.
As you can see from the 'before' photos - this project is essentially a brand new home for our lovely clients.
