The project involved the removal of an existing dark south facing deck, and replacement with this bright airy living area. The internal space is much more useful all year round than a deck - it is protected from cold westerly winds in winter but very open to lovely southern breezes in summer. The little internal deck allows space for the BBQ. There is a new second living area and master suite downstairs.
