This home was designed through our cost effective DIY Service. We got the basics right - we design the plan layout, roof forms and elevations with our clients. Then our clients took it from there and picked the materials, finishes and colours and designed the kitchens and bathrooms. We provided advice and direction when they needed it.
The project was a simple one room extension on to an existing retro home. It involved some minor replanning of the existing interiors to make the spaces work efficiently and then a new extension for the dining room and kitchen at the rear to let more light and breeze into the living areas
