This renovation involved the replanning of an existing 2 bedroom apartment to improve the functionality and flexibility of the spaces. Its always tricky replanning apartments because the plumbing points (where the pipes cut through the concrete floor slab or into risers in the wall) need to stay in the same location. We achieved a much larger more functional kitchen. We redesigned the bathroom layouts. And we added a large sliding wall between a bedroom and the lounge, so the room could alternate between the dining room or a bedroom as required.
