This home was designed through our cost effective DIY Service. We got the basics right - we design the plan layout, roof forms and elevations with our clients. Then our clients took it from there and picked the materials, finishes and colours and designed the kitchens and bathrooms. We provided advice and direction when they needed it.
The project was a large extension on to an existing post war home. It involved replanning of the existing interiors to make the spaces work efficiently and then a new extension at the rear as shown in the images. You can see all the spaces have loads of natural light and breeze.
