These clients had recently purchased this property near Banbury and wanted to replace the gravel driveway with new block paving. The challenge with this project was access to the site. The property is situated next to the village church at the bottom of a narrow dead-end road and the entrance to the house is very tight. Prior to starting the project, we approached the parish council and church authority to discuss site access and to arrange storage for the duration of the project. The restricted access required a high degree of manual handling to excavate and prepare the site and lay the new paving. Brett Alpha Trio block paving was chosen in Silver Haze colour was laid in a random linear laying pattern inside a single width block running course border. The project duration was 10 days.
