The modern finish to this unique courtyard patio works beautifully with the existing style of the renovated property and also provides good areas of shade on hot sunny days.

The dark grey bricks provide a neat & contemporary finish with some spaces including built in planting to soften the edges. Built in seating was included.

As the area was on a slight slope, steps were incorporated and a slate shingle used on the edges of the paths to complete the modern styling.

The whole area is wonderfully light and bright and the porcelain paving requires very little maintenance. With the view down to the rest of the garden, this is a great space to enjoy straight from the house.

There were a lot of bricks and breeze blocks used to create this stylish, contemporary patio area next to a renovated, modern property

To ensure a level & solid finish, foundations were laid for the bricked area and carefully measured.

The old area by the house already featured stylish black painted fence panels and existing structural supports for the house. We had to build something to compliment those features and work with the steel supports.

The old tired concrete paving slabs didn't compliment the style of the outside of the property and all needed removing before work could commence.

This area wasn't really used by the clients and desperately needed a modern and contemporary update. It also felt small and dull compared to the exterior of the property.
