Rear Garden Landscaping

The rear garden of this property was on a slope so steps were built to flatten out layers. We also suggested using porcelain paving slabs for the patio due for a combination of stunning appearance and low maintenance.

After browsing our paving range, the homeowners picked out light grey stone effect porcelain slabs in a mixture of square and rectangular shapes.

We laid 40m2 of Modena porcelain paving slabs for the patio to the layout provided by the homeowners. We then laid a 16m2 square area of Fame artificial grass for the lawn, surrounded by the patio.

Our installation team began by digging up the tired old lawn while preserving the flower borders.

The old garden was tired and run down and needed a refreshing while remaining fairly low maintenance.

We dug up all the old paving slabs next to the property and cleared the whole area in preparation for the new layout.

We levelled out the patio area to provide a flat space where there was once a slope.

The homeowners approached us with a clear vision for their new garden, including a rough design and specification. However, they were unsure as to whether we could provide them with a patio and lawn on the same level due to the sloping nature of the garden.

Some low level steps allowed to work around the natural slope of the garden and complement the patio beautifully.
