Some of Brisbane’s best and most valuable properties sit on her riverbank at Chelmer. Building sites are highly sought after and rarely found. When our client found this piece of paradise it was extremely important to them the home design was befitting of such a block, all the while reflecting their playful and confident personalities. There had to be views of the river from many different rooms of the house and a direct connection to the future infinity edge pool. It was with this in mind they decided to commission Civic Steel Homes and our architect Kelly to design and build their project.
The end result is an impressive and cutting edge piece of architecture that encapsulated everything a blue ribbon suburb expects while functioning as a fun and remarkable family home.
