Another river front home completed!
This site had the unique challenge of having flooded in 2011. The result was home with beautiful views built above the flood lines. As always the open plan allows for the warmth of the winter sun and an airflow that ventilates all areas. The deck is a stunner with views to the water and leafy surrounds.
The lovely clients , Bob and Lydia were an absolute pleasure to deal with and Civic would like to wish them nothing but happiness in their new house.
