We excitedly share new photos with you this week of a carefully considered design capturing a distant northern vista and as usual the warming winter sun.
We were in fact one of a number of builders our client was considering , however the only one to emphasize the importance of orientation, natural light and crossflow ventilation.
Challenging one of the standard project home solutions for the area, putting the entertaining to the rear , and the south, we have been able to open the home to the north and therefore brighten the interior and bring in the warmth of the sun during the cooler months.
The end result is a fantastic contemporary family home detailed exquisitely by the owners and still taking advantage of the wonderful Queensland climate.
