This was a project that had a number of obstacles during the planning stages. We needed to deal with an extreme bushfire risk, a steep site and possible slippage issues, wildlife and flora protection, accessing power from 100s of mtrs away, not to mention general access to build efficiently.
The final result is a wonderful piece of Australian architecture utilizing innovative engineering and modern design. All the while not losing focus on what is an amazing view across the Goldcoast hinterland to Surferparadise and the Pacific Ocean.
