This studio apartment renovation included: redesigning the kitchen and bathroom, replacing the floor tiles, changing all the light fittings, replacing all power points, replacing the ceiling fan, rendering all the brick walls and repainting the apartment.

The brick walls were rendered and painted to "update" the apartment.

In order to contemporize the apartment, my advice to the client was to render the internal brick face walls and to paint them to create a light and bright space.
