What better way to accentuate high ceilings than to use beams in the kitchen. With a fairly compact kitchen the tall ceilings allowed us to up with the cabinets to add storage. Taking the cabinets to the ceiling raises your eye and ultimately make the space feel bigger. Adding to the functionality is the butlers pantry that sits just off the kitchen.
