What a difference this new kitchen has made to this Ringwood East unit! This elegant, modern kitchen is a remarkable transformation to the kitchen that was previously in the home.
The clients brief to Rosemount’s Kitchen Designer at the initial design appointment was simple, “although the space is small, I want a kitchen with an island bench, a freestanding 900mm wide oven, a large sink, a display cabinet for glassware and a study nook - plus lots and lots of drawers”.
With this, the designer set to work to transform the small U-shape kitchen into an L-shape with an island bench kitchen that is stunning as well as practical and functional. Using luxurious finishes, the latest kitchen accessories, together with clever design, the kitchen designer was able to deliver above and beyond.
Blocking off one of the four entrances into the kitchen made it possible to house the large refrigerator chosen by the clients, as well as clever design techniques used throughout the kitchen has made this a cooks dream. Large family gatherings and entertaining are now a breeze with the large amount of benchspace, 900mm wide freestanding cooker and 700mm single bowl single sink by Franke.
Our client was so excited that she could use both of her Le Creuset casserole dishes side by side in her oven with a whole free rack left. She could then soak them side by side in her sink as well.
A custom made kitchen, designed and installed by the Rosemount Kitchens team, meant that the client was able to create exactly what she had dreamt. Some of her highlights are the recessed glass display cabinet, study nook; with a drop down keyboard, seating at the island bench, as well as the clever design to fit such large appliances into a small space and still be practical.
