Our brief was to completely refurbish this 15-year old apartment. The owners are experienced travellers and wanted a clean and minimal design for their new home. In response to their brief, we selected quality fittings and storage solutions for a sleek and uncluttered finish.

We reconfigured the plan for easy access to laundry appliances, which are concealed behind cupboard doors as an extension to the kitchen. In the kitchen, we selected Blum electronic hardware for automatic opening and closing of drawers and for lift up panels at overhead storage. The island bench features and undermount sink, a pop-up power outlet and a Billi tap for instant chilled or boiling water. White two-pack cabinets paired with Caesarstone Swan Lake benchtops give the owners an option to accessorise with the colour in the future. Intergraded appliances and a custom-made stainless trim around the fringe add an element of sophistication to this thoroughly modern kitchen.
