Award Winning Sustainable House Under C-Bus

This house received a Commendation in the Sustainability category of the Royal Australian Institute Awards for 2005. It was also awarded "excellence in building" in The Year of the Built Environment 2004 Exemplars National Awards Program.
This project represents a comprehensive approach to sustainability. It combines active and passive design elements that are brought together under an extensive C-Bus building management system.
