A modest solar passive design on a corner block. The open plan layout locates the parents suite on the ground floor, giving over the upper floor for the children. The photos were taken a few days before the owners moved in. It will be interesting to see how the spaces are personalised by the family's furniture and belongings. Already there is discussion about adding a swimming pool to the rear courtyard which will be visible through the living room. Watch this space...
