Solar passive beach house with undercroft garage and swimming pool. The undercrofting of the garaging has allowed for the change of levels within the house, whilst virtually hiding the garage from the street. On a relatively narrow block this has enabled the maximum frontage to be used for living spaces, optiimising solar access.
