Sound Studio Doubles as a Family Room

This is a unique addition to a 60's cream brick house. The owner is a sound technician and musician who has a keen interest in sound recording. The spaces that have been created allow them to function as a normal family room for every day living, but can quickly be transformed into its sound studio function and perform at a very high level.A soccer club lies adjacent to the house and generates significant external noise at various time of the week, and so the external walls facing the street are of triple brick construction to eliminate external noise when recording.
