Sustainable Unley Townhouses

This project featured on Channel 7 TWO, "AUSTRALIA'S BEST HOUSES in February 2014. It comprises of two double storey town houses with a lap pool, each with a width of no greater than a double garage. It is driven by solar passive principles and as such is highly sustainable in outcome.

The lap pool spans between main bedroom and living/dining area. As well as its aesthetic and exercise aspects it also providers a cooling effect to the interior through louvre windows using the leavening prevailing breezes.
