Bathroom Renovation & Addition

An old outdated bathroom and a separate toilet were on the upper level of this home and we removed the separating wall which opened up the room to be completely remodeled. By moving the toilet to a small step back where the bath originally was we were able to provide a large walk-in shower, an inbuilt shampoo holder, and a sliding shower. A long narrow high window was required for privacy off a back deck however brought in the external views from the trees above. A new floating vanity with wooden features works well with the wooden surround around the windows and the bathroom is fully tiled for easy cleaning. A sliding door helps to keep this room open and spacious. My clients love the new bathroom.
The downstairs bathroom was created from the rear of the internal garage via the basement bedroom. This is for guests and grandchildren so required a bath to be incorporated after the outdoor activities of the area. Light and bright regardless of no windows this bathroom is spacious and functional. Splashes of colour can be changed whenever for a new look with this simplistic white bathrom.
