Our client has a 1880's Villa and desperately wanted the bathroom/laundry room to be transformed from a tight separate toilet with adjoining box shower behind the door and laundry space combined. We opened up this room and redesign it with a large double shower across the end with a slide shower and a ceiling shower at the other end. We replaces the small toilet window with a high window for privacy across the shower wall. The custom made vanity hides a Washing Machine along with a laundry hamper drawer and vanity drawer. The large custom made mirror sets back into the wall whilst still sitting out as per standard however houses all Laundry needs in one of the 3 cabinets and the other 2 for each owner. The Imported Black Tiles came direct from Italy and add an aged slate effect. The clients wanted to lower the ceiling so we did a designer coved ceiling spots surrounding coving. With an matching sliding door to the rest of the Villa along with a Rimu Seat this adds to the overall Villa. The clients are delighted with this result.
