1970's Home Renovation. This property was tired and needed a new lift to take it into the 21st Century and provide a wonderful home for the future. The objective was to create a much larger indoor outdoor flow whilst getting as much sunlight into the home as possible. The Larger doors were installed along with a sliding window from the kitchen. The existing Balcony was increased in size with a stairway access and storage below. A new Balcony was made for the Master Bedroom. Internally the addition of a skylight to the living room brought not only light but amazing views to this room. The New Kitchen, Bathroom & Downstairs Ensuite changed the way this home flowed. A new Stairwell with a large viewing windows was designed for access into the downstairs bedroom. An en-suite was added by moving into the original garage and laundry area.
