Amelia and Edmund live in a 4 bedroom, mid terrace house in South West London. Their main priority was to redesign their home to improve the layout of the house for their growing family and to create a new kitchen and bathroom.
Although Amelia and Edmund did not extend the property they wanted to create a more practical home for themselves by utilising the space in a different way.

The design that Model Projects provided allowed for a new utility and shower room to be created on the lower ground floor. By reducing the size of the front lower ground floor bedroom we were able to provide a larger and practical space which accommodated both the shower and utility room. The utility room was carefully designed by providing a space to hide away appliances.
