The house is a semi-detached property located in Beckenham, South London. The main part of the project centred around a new single storey extension to the rear of the house, to create a large open-plan kitchen, dining and family area. A new external seating area is included allowing a seamless inside to outside social area.

The whole ground floor was renovated including a new utility space and downstairs W.C.
