Ali has always lived in South London - Bar a spell in Australia where she met husband Gavin. They moved to this run down property due to its proximity to a prestigious secondary school for their daughter. The property needed extending and renovating fully. The internal services and decoration did not meet their living needs and the property suffered from damp and cold draughts. The project started in February and was completed in time for Ali and their daughter to enjoy the summer holidays bouncing on the sunken trampoline, surrounded by astroturf. This project also features UnderFloor Heating throughout the whole of the ground floor and sonos sound systems in each room.
