Roxane met with MODEL Projects at a Home Improvement Show and began the process with her home transformation in January 2013. Her project was complete in time for Christmas - Where she had 16 family and friends over for lunch in her new open plan kitchen/ living area. The project included a side infill extension, raising the level to match that of the rest of the ground floor. The roof line follows that of the party wall between the two Victorian terrace properties. Two large fixed roof lights are centred to this space, the external window and the new frosted door into the dining space. The project also included internal decoration and new flooring throughout the ground, first and second floor. A chimney was removed along the party wall and the decorative cornicing was removed and replaced to perfection! The garden design was developed throughout and has recently been planted and is blooming in the English Summer!
