The project in Bromley involved the extension and alteration to an existing semi-detached house. Model Projects worked alongside the clients and main contractor to deliver a simple ultra modern extension that created a large open-plan family space that spilled out into the rear garden.

The use of large sliding doors and a series of symmetrical rooflights allow the space to be flooded with natural daylight.

The kitchen is modern to match the style of the extension. Rich blue units contrast with the gloss white units and worktop. A splash of texture and colour is added by the colourful patterned tiles.
