Our client's requirements were to create 2 x 3 bedroom duplexes which encapsulated the 180 degree views while maintaining privacy not only from each other, but also the neighbouring properties. We designed these duplexes to have light filled, open plan living with large stacking doors opening onto alfresco areas with covered pergolas to take advantage of the ocean front location and encourage outside entertaining.
