Grevillea II - Distinctive Design Range

This contemporary designed and built home is the first to be built from our Distinctive Design range. Grevillea II, is a modern, single level, passively designed home, complementing both her natural and nautical surrounds. The blue print was planned and designed to balance solar gain and that of the small building site of 451m2 which was of significant importance. The overall design was mapped around the solar access and prevailing winds of the local, coastal area.
