Rustic Touch used elegant lines and Chinese influence when designing this home. The use of solar passive design was complex due to the spectacular southern views with the shape and layout drawing you through to the water view. Two sets of bi-fold doors lead you from the open plan Lounge through to the southern tiled patio. The open pergola has LED down lights recessed in to Recycled Hardwood beams creating a stunning evening ambiance. Rustic Touch won 2011 MBA Bathroom Design of the Year.
